- As a registered Buyer of CO2 in an auction event: post requests for CO2 and receive offers from Sellers to provide product that meets the specifications required. Purification and transportation auctions are automatically opened within a unique and seamless multi-level trading platform to provide consolidated service and least-cost delivered price options to the Buyer.
- As a registered Auxiliary Service Provider: monitor the supply/demand specifications of the CO2 supplies being offered for sale, then bid to provide the purification, transportation, compression or storage service components which may be required to effectively deliver the product to the field within the desired specifications of the Buyer; also monitor direct requests for Auxiliary Services which may be required by either Buyers or Sellers.
- As a registered Trader of Emission Reduction Credits (ERCs): either post or request ERCs that are verified and registered in accordance with the established protocols in the applicable jurisdictions.
- Transactions are deemed 'successful' upon acceptance by the auction Host.
Sellers and Buyers of CO2 and ERCs will receive the additional benefit of company specific volume monitoring/reporting through participation in the CO2 hub Market Floor and the completion of successful transactions.
Volumes of CO2 bought and sold through the Market Floor are tracked and available for downloading by registered buyers and sellers at their convenience. These confirmations could serve to support subsequent applications for emissions credits.
